About this course

This course studies an esoteric account of astral magic: what the framework says it is, how it claims magic works, and the defensive practices it teaches. It places ordinary wellbeing (sleep, nourishment, movement and recovery) at the foundation of its practice as support for attention and coping, and sends any physical symptoms to ordinary healthcare.
