Change your plan
Upgrade, downgrade, or switch programs from the Billing screen. Your new rate starts on your next billing date. Nothing changes before then and there is no proration or extra charge today.

The Billing screen opens a secure Stripe page where you can change your card, download receipts, and check your next billing date.
Cancel regular on-campus membership
Regular on-campus tuition is month to month with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the first full billing-period end on or after that notice deadline; you may train through the paid period. A renewal due within the notice period processes at its full amount and retains access through the renewed period. Payments are not refunded or prorated. The school confirms your final end date in writing. Apprenticeship and Personal Advisor have their own commitment terms.
Sign your waiver
Every student signs the membership waiver once (a parent or guardian signs for a minor). If yours is missing, the app shows a reminder at the top of every screen and signing takes about a minute.
Online Academy subscriptions
During the free three-day monthly trial: cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first $34 charge. Open Billing and submit your cancellation, or send written notice to the school before the trial ends. Check your cancellation confirmation and contact the school if you need help.
After payment begins: monthly and annual subscriptions require 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the first full billing-period end on or after that notice deadline, so you keep access for the period you paid for. Payments due within the notice period process normally at their full amount. Payments, including annual payments, are non-refundable and are not prorated.
Annual renewal: the $390 subscription renews every twelve months and has no free trial. Give notice at least 30 days before renewal to avoid the next charge. If renewal falls inside the 30-day notice period, the full $390 renewal processes and you keep another full year of access. Your cancellation confirmation gives the final end date.
Current online subscriptions have no yearly club fee. Get Online Academy help if you cannot access Billing or need to discuss your account.
